A closer look at virtuoso violin playing and how the violin works, featuring the music of Nicolò Paganini, complete with anecdotes about his mesmerizing performances and an insider’s look at violin technique and expressive playing. The beautiful recital hall at Robertson & Sons Violin Shop is the perfect place for this unique program, and Carmelo de los Santos, concertmaster of the New Mexico Philharmonic and a faculty member at UNM, is just the man for the job!
